Cancellation Policy

Whilst it is sometimes difficult to fulfil all appointments a cancellation policy is in place as an effort to minimise late cancellations.  48 hours notice is required to avoid being requested to pay for the cancelled lesson.  Every effort will be made to be flexible with this arrangement in special circumstances.
